Don't have a huge budget?

I am open to doing a mixture of proprietary art for pay, and creative commons art for free.
So if you're willing to let some generic villagers, cave tilesets, and other things created for your game be used by other people, I will do these for free!.  
I will also do proprietary art for a fee.  

Therefore, you could get all the art you need for your game while paying a lot less in price, by only making the iconic characters, locations, and other art specifically your-game-only, and allowing others to use the stuff you'd see anywhere (again- grass, treasure chests, generic baddies)!
